Passive Fire Installer - Christchurch 
​
​We are looking to recruit a passive fire installer to be part of our onsite team in Christchurch.

This is a key role and you will be responsible for passive fire penetration installation, protective linings installation, gib box building, managing health and safety regulations and client requirements. You will always be acting as a mentor to ensure ‘best practice’ principles are being adopted to achieve  excellence and meet planned targets. 

You must also possess a pro-active attitude, honest work ethic, excellent time management skills and a high standard of health and safety practices.

Passive Fire Site Manager - Wellington
​
​We would like to hear from people who have experience in the below skills. 
  • Application of intumescent mastics and sealants 
  • Plasterboard installation and box outs
  • Fireboard installation and fitting
  • Installation of penetration collars & dampers
  • Sealing of cable penetrations
  • Collation of QA documentation and records
  • Attending site meetings as required 
  • Efficient stock control day-to-day 
  • Experience commercial buildings
  • Oversee, lead, guide and coordinate the activities at site to achieve milestone usually in time cost and quality to ensure project success. 
  • Look out for any problems which may arise in the future
  • Structural engineer
  • Leadership courses attended 
  • Tertiary education in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar would be required. 
You will be highly motivated, positive attitude, team player, enjoy paperwork, physically fit and demonstrate a commitment to learning and growing.
